All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express (1-2 business days delivery when order placed before 3pm). All orders are processed and sent the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email upon dispatch containing your tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International Express - $15 AUD

We ship worldwide straight to your door! All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Express (2-5 day delivery time)

PRE ORDER/ BACK ORDER

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.

When you pre-order an item it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production or the item secured for arrival. Anything with a later ship date is considered a pre order.

Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES:

* All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge (if any). Taxes and Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Nouveau Riche is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. ** In the event a customer refuses an international delivery due to the taxes/customs duties imposed on them or for any other unforeseen circumstance, free shipping is no longer valid due to the customer terminating the contract/order. All shipping costs paid (including sending the item to and from the customer) will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the order in the event of a refund/ issue of a store credit.
